  • All Accommodation check in noon if available, check out 10am
  • Late check out fees apply. Check in and check out times are strictly adhered to, enabling smooth transition of incoming guests
  • To ensure a pleasant stay by all Please adhere to the park rules printed on the reverse side of the map given upon checking in. Also displayed at reception and amenities. These rules maybe updated from time to time.

Deposits, Cancellations and our Refund Policy

Deposit of one nights accommodation/Site is required to be received by the office two weeks prior to booking.

Cancellation of a booking is required two weeks prior to booking to enable a refund less 10% administration charge.

  All refunds are paid electronically via credit or debit card

Refund is unavailable if notice of less than 14 days is received.

Maximum advanced booking period is one year

Accommodation and Site prices are generally increased annually.
